FAQs
Here are some Frequently Asked Questions that might help you:
Q. Is it important that I’ll have a new email dedicated for freelancing?
A. Yes. It is encouraged that you have one email dedicated for freelancing. You will use this for work-related emails, signups, etc. If however you don’t mind all these emails getting into your personal email, no need to make a new one.
Q. Why is Gmail needed for FVA?
A. Aside from the fact that Gmail offers great features for free. The whole Coaching Lounge is also Google-based and needs a Gmail in order to access it.
Q. Do I need a video and microphone during the live coaching?
A. If you have one, it’ll be great. It is however not required since not all have the same setup and internet speed. You can participate in the discussions via chat.
Q. Does GoToWebinar only works with a computer?
A. No, you can join the live coaching via iPad and mobile phones. Please just make sure you download the app properly and all you have to do during the live call is login and connect.
Q. What if I’ll miss the live coaching because of time difference and emergencies?
A. Attendance will be checked during the live coaching. It is encouraged that you join because there’s more fun in learning when we’re collaborating ideas. It is however recorded so you can still be posted even if you’re absent because of some reasonable case.
Q. Can the lesson videos and notes be downloaded?
A. NOPE. We have had incidents before where we allowed download and it was passed around to friends and families for free. Such is just not fair to those of you paying the course. This restriction is in the heart to protect and value those who are investing in this course like you.
Q. Videos in The Coaching Lounge are not showing up. It says “not supported”. What should I do?
A. The Coaching Lounge is Google-based and works better using Google Chrome browser. Also make sure that your internet is fast so close other tabs/sites opened.
Q. What do I do during the live coaching?
A. Listen (miss are muted), participate through chat (via GoToWebinar Q&A or Class Checklist Q&A sheet), be ready to be called out to read, explain, etc. so make sure your mic is working. Take notes… so prepare a pen and paper or open an online document.
Q. What is Milestone?
A. Milestones are like stages of the tasks…
For example if the task is $100 in total it can be paid in stages (milestones):
Milestone 1 / Stage 1 — Payment of 50% in the middle of the task.
Milestone 1 / Stage 2 — Payment of the remaining 50% after the task is completed.

WHAT IS SEO OFF-PAGE OPTIMIZATION?
What is Off-Page Optimization or Backlinking?
Off-Page Optimization refers to all the measures that can be taken outside of the actual website in order to improve its position in search rankings. These are measures that help create as many high-quality backlinks (incoming links) as possible.
“Off-page SEO” (also called “off-site SEO”) refers to actions taken outside of your own website to impact your rankings within search engine results pages (SERPs).
SEO Types
- White Hat SEO – Experts call the White Hat SEO as the most organic/natural way of the SEO process, which follows search engine rules and policies. Most of the techniques are done to please the users and not to please the search engines. The primary goal of these techniques would be to increase the user experience and website usability.
- Black Hat SEO – Black Hat SEO techniques are completely opposite to White Hat SEO techniques. Here, the process is of implementing the techniques to please only search engines without giving much thought about the users and relevance. The website might get penalized if we keep practicing such black hat techniques. This can be done through a completely automated process through bots, programs, tools, etc., without any human involvement.
- Gray Hat SEO – It is the combination of both White Hat SEO techniques and Black Hat SEO techniques. Most of the newbies in the digital marketing field are executing Gray HAt SEO techniques.
REMINDERS
Domain Authority (DA) – is a search engine ranking score that predicts how well a website will rank on search engine result pages (SERPs). A Domain Authority score ranges from 1 to 100, with higher scores corresponding to a greater ability to rank.
Page Rank (PR) / Page Authority (PA) – is a score that predicts how well a specific page will rank on search engine result pages (SERP). Page Authority scores range from 1 to 100, with higher scores corresponding to a greater ability to rank.
SEO Backlinking Strategies

Write an amazing research piece and reach them with the content for guest posts. Don’t focus on the quantity of links, but rather focus only on quality links. Also, don’t keep posting multiple times on the same guest blog site.

WHAT IS LEAD GENERATION?
Lead generation is the process of attracting leads (your potential customers) into a contact management or marketing software system with the hope of nurturing them throughout the buying process to help convince them about your offerings and then convert them into a paying customer.
Why is Lead Generation important?
The buying process has changed, and marketers need to find new ways to reach buyers and get heard through the noise. Instead of finding customers with mass advertising and email blasts, marketers must now focus on being found and learn to build continuous relationships with buyers.
The Buying Process
- Lead
- Prospect

Client Prospecting
- Lead – a lead is an individual or organization with an interest in what you are selling. The interest is expressed by sharing contact information, like an email ID, a phone number, or even a social media handle.

- Customer – a person or organization that buys goods or services from a store or business

What is an Ad?
An advertising campaign is a specifically designed strategy that is carried out across different mediums in order to both achieve results and to increase brand awareness, sales, and communication within a specific market.
Business Manager VS. Facebook Ads
Business Manager
The purpose of Facebook Business Manager is to help you “manage ad accounts, Facebook pages and the people who work on them – all in one place.”
Business Manager is more or less the hub for accessing all of your Facebook marketing needs, including ad accounts, catalogs, pixels, and business pages.
Ads Manager
If you want to take your Facebook marketing up a notch – and, as a result, increase brand awareness, improve foot traffic to your business, and increase leads and sales – you’ll need Ads Manager to make it happen.
Ads Manager is just one of the assets housed under the more general Facebook Business Manager platform. (You can run ads directly in Ads Manager without having a Business Manager, but we almost always recommend running them through Business Manager.)
