With 15 solid years of professional experience, Lei possesses a spectrum of strategic, critical, and day-to-day business solutions while providing improved organizational efficiency. She also has a background in the company start-up and incorporation process and HR analytics.

Lei has helped support senior members of the management at diverse International Companies including Caspian International, an independent media agency in Dubai that handled clients such as Pirelli, Emirates Bank International, and Al Kabeer Foods.

She has also worked for EMAP Middle East, the provider of business information and events under the Middle East Economic Digest (MEED) and AMEinfo.com Brands. The company offers bespoke business information, both in print and online.

She also joined QatarGas Operating Company when they needed an Admin Assistant to provide the support services on their Succession Planning under the Leadership and Development Team wherein she helped with assessment and one-on-one discussions of their talent pipeline.

With her current employer, Power International Holding, she was part of the Management and Development Team in managing and completing prestigious projects such as Banana (Anantara) Island, VIP Gulf Villa, The DoubleTree Hilton, and Al Rayyan Hotels, The Mall of Qatar, to name a few. Lei also has served as the Employee Relations /Administration Manager at the Group’s HR department prior to moving to her current position as Office Manager to the Group Chairman and President.
